related products ?

In this site we are going to see how quality tools can be applied to an unorganised organisation..  Yes , you read it correctly.. unorganised..

In most of well reputed companies/organisations/ huge hospitals ,there you always see presence of some sort of quality management system.. be it in form of TS 19696 or NABH or NACL or ISO 9001 or Environmental certifications and many more .. and related documents. They have at least some infrastructure to implement the QMS. Many of them are quality literate and want to enhance the system continuously. For that they arrange trainings of experts, do internal audits properly ,hire quality consultants to get things done.So when we go to such well known or well established organisations, we do get immense response in expectation of improved QMS. But you know, there are large number of small organisations. Because of limited reach of business as compared to Limited /Establised companies, they can not hire expensive quality experts or consultants in initial stage.

This blog will tell you what are different quality related terms . On Ground Quality (OGQ) , importance of some procedures to get QMS on right track. There are many sites , that speak about all this stuff. But we are going to tell it in our very simple manner so that even novice/new learner can understand it properly. I am going to add some practical examples that I followed during implementation stage. So this blog is all about quality related topics that can be applied to any type of organisation.

This blog is useful for --

👉Students that want to make career in quality department.

👉 Quality department persons from junior to senior level .

👉 Owners / Proprietors of small organisations , wishing to  make system as practical thing.

In order to avoid any failure in quality of product one has to follow QMS. It's not enough just to get ISO Certificate or run after it in order to avoid quality problems. But you have to have practical way drafted in front of you. In fact many small changes can make products with high quality.

That 's enough for Welcome, I think😊
